Hi, there! I’m Leigh, and I have been a professional organizer serving the Northern Virginia area for the past 14 years. My virtual home organizing services have helped families gain a sense of control over their homes and their lives, so they feel less overwhelmed by all of their stuff.
I became a professional organizer because I enjoyed organizing my home and the homes of family and friends. Word of mouth has always been the best form of advertising for my business. So much so, my time is becoming limited because there are only so many hours in a day to meet with clients.

How Do I Get Started With Virtual Home Organizing?
The first step to getting organized is to contact me to schedule our first video meeting. I offer virtual organizing for kitchens, pantries, closets, and playrooms. You’ll complete a questionnaire and show me the space you want to organize. I will ask you questions that will help me understand what you are looking for and expecting.
During our meeting, I will provide feedback about what we will accomplish and how long the process should take. I will also ask for measurements to be sure that any products I recommend will fit the space.
What Does a Professional Organizer Do?
When our video meeting ends, my job begins! I’ll begin creating your personalized decluttering and organizing plan to help you create the room or space of your dreams! Within five days of our meeting, you will receive:
- Detailed decluttering instructions specific to your situation
- A presentation with all of the products I suggest for your space
- A shopping list with links to the products
- Detailed organizing instructions for you to put your room together
- An organizing cheat sheet to use after your room or space is completed, so it stays organized
We will meet again to discuss your personalized decluttering and organizing plan to make sure you understand what you’re receiving and know how to implement the changes.
We’ll meet a third and final time, so I can check in on your progress and see how the plan is working for you. We can make any adjustments you may need during this meeting.
I will remain available to answer any questions and help you put your space together for 2 weeks after our third meeting. Remember, I’ll be there every step of the way! 🙂
